Don Van Wie, 54 of Boulder, Colorado was charged with pushing an ABC News photographer's camera to the ground the first day of the Ramsey grand jury in September 16, 1998. Van Wie was charged with criminal mischief, harassment and disorderly conduct and received a one year deferred prosecution and had to pay $8,516 for damages.
