Peterson Lawyer Refutes Fox News Report About On-Air Lie Detector Show

Highlights:

--Fox News has reported that Drew Peterson wants to be a contestant on the Fox show, "Moment of Truth," where Peterson would submit to a lie detector test on the air.

--Fox News reported - that Peterson's lawyers have contacted producers of the Fox show "Moment of Truth" to suggest he take a lie-detector test on the air.

--Peterson's lawyer Joel Brodsky says there is no truth in that report.

--Brodsky says - quote - "My feeling is that this is just their way of floating a trial balloon to see if anything will happen," implying that the story originated with the Fox network, hoping Peterson would take the bait.

--"If they write us a check for a hundred million dollars, then maybe we'll do it," Brodsky says.
