1. Good Morning!
Got their number - we've been calling the Daily Camera a 'Chamber of Commerce' publication for years - now here's proof - Guest column from Evan (from Heaven) Ravitz on Alex Hunter's illegal manipulation of the Ramsey grand jury - was supposed to run in the April 29th issue, but has never been published (at least on the online edition) - long, so see text in my next post below...
http://insidedenver.com/johnson/0430johns.shtml Rocky Mountain News columnist is 'ROFL' over the Ramsey lie detector test sideshow - and it should be noted that Johnson has written some very sympathetic (towards the Rammers) columns in the past...
http://www.thedailycamera.com/extra/ramsey/2000/01arams.html Life in a vacumm - In case Boulder residents (the jury pool) missed it, the Daily Camera is running the AP version of the Ramsey polygraph ruse collapse story in today's issue...
http://www.nypostonline.com/news/29200.htm Off-topic-ish...You are so warned...From the New York Post - "In rapidly growing numbers, sociologists, psychologists and other research scientists are lurking unannounced in Internet chat rooms...recording and studying all that's revealed...."
TV ALERT: O'Reilly Factor, FOX News Network, 6 PM, MDT, guests are Chris Wolf and Darnay Hoffman on the $50 million dollar lawsuit against the Ramseys.

1. Mummy and Daddy
Good Morning...and welcome back!
Update on the DA race (and future of Justice-for-JonBenet) in today's Daily Camera - things are looking bleak for Thompson, running on a Ramsey-arrest plank...
If you want to help Ben Thompson, volunteers and contributions are being sought on this snazzy web site...
Just when you thought it couldn't get more bizarre - Alienhunting tabloid The Weekly World News features a "never before published" photo of the dead JonBenet on page 61 of the current ("Hitler's Gay Lover!") issue (tip compliments of Savannah)...
Darnay Hoffman and Chris Wolf appeared on the O'Reilly Factor last night to discuss their $50 Million lawsuit against the Rammers - transcript by LizzieB...
Sad House - the Hell Hole' should not be a tourist attraction says this letter to the Daily Camera.
Another one bites the dust: The interim City Manager (between Honey and Secrist) Dave Rhodes, who orchestrated the early "retirement" of Tom Koby (THANK YOU!), is leaving the City of Boulder.
Biting the Dust II: Baba Wawa may be leaving ABC's 20/20...
And, just because I can (and I'm feeling frisky today) - Mrs. Brady is dead!

1. Proud to be a 'queen'
Good Morning! Sorry I'm late, wrote this whole thing on notepad for export and my html is rusty...
..."to see if we are any closer to an arrest, if we are farther away, if we're done with the case for now or not" - Mark Beckner commenting on the meetings in Boulder yesterday.
More pompous bombast/double-speak from Alex Hunter on the fiber meetings...
And an early edition of B.J. Plasket's coverage for the Longmont Daily Times-Call reveals (subtlety) the dislike between Plasket and Hunter (he's got his number...)...on Mame's Justice Watch thread.
Also in today's 'Ramsey Mountain News' - Lisa with the two last names spins the polygraph standoff - sounds like Lin Wood wrote this for her...
On the other hand, the Denver Post dispatched on of their features writers to examine the accuracy of polygraphs and associated controversy...
A real treat especially if you are writing a book - Candy Rose has compiles all her archives of internet misbehavior into a chronological 'timeline'...
Truly skuzzy - you thought JonBenet's Gift was weird? Check out this updated site on the new reverse-speech book, complete with purloined graphics (where have I seen that blue-eyed JonBenet before???)...
Black sheep DA candidate names Steve Thomas to his Ramsey case arrest team...this is getting interesting...
DA candidate Ben Thompson claims he knows who killed JonBenet - called political grandstanding by Keenan and Wise...
Ray of hope? The Daily Camera has an update on Ben Thompson's fundraising in this County briefs column in today's Camera (scroll down to middle of page).

1. Party on!
Good Morning!
Can you stand it? Ramsey case evidence to undergo MORE testing - what is this? Siberia? Third World? Let's get M O V I N G !
The Daily Camera has an article on the wrap up of the "fiber summit" - but (typical) it's a bad link, you can read the first paragraph on their front page though (scroll down to "Ramsey meeting ends with to-do list").
(Anyone notice that the Camera Ramsey case archives has not been updated since April 26th?)
Also in the Camera (this link works, what a concept!) - the four candidates to replace Alex Hunter will appear together tonight at a community forum on "prosecution of domestic violence and sexual assault cases"...(Someone please ask Thompson that if there's no arrest on January 1, will he resign on January2? ala J.T. Colfax...)
Mixed emotions about this one - Mark Beckner to be named chief 'indefinitely' - was just an interim, or one-year contract (no more Alex butt to kiss after January though...)
B.J.'s 5/3 article on Hunter and the fiber meetings (Tuesday and Wednesday) is now up on the Longmont Daily Times-Call site.
Me thinks he doth protest too much - The Westword media column mentions Chuck Green's inability to not comment on the Ramsey case, after the polygraph bluff fails (scroll down past Columbine coverage).
Colorado embarrassments ranked, and JonBenet is Number 1!, in this classic off-limits column in the current Westword.
References to JonBenet and death by "burking" in this update on the Binion murder trial in yesterday's Las Vegas Sun.
Just because I can: suicide by chainsaw (link compliments of CrimeNews2000).
Just because I am a 'sick puppy': Do some web sites make you suicidal? Yep, me too...(link compliments of Cybersleuths).
TV ALERT: Investigative Reports, "Chappaquiddick", A&E, 8 PM, MDT, 2-hour special that takes a fresh look at Senator Ted Kennedy's involvement in the 1969 drowning death of Mary Jo Kopechne, offering some surprising revelations. Provides behind-the-scene stories of the accident and court proceedings through interviews with key participants

6:49 AM, MDT, Friday 5/5/00 (day #1227, week #176, month #40, year #3)
1. Gotta love this lie detector cartoon - right on!
Good Morning!
Alex and Steve had a catfight on Larry King Live last night - play nice, boys!
And because he was also on Larry King Live, (another faux pas) Ben Thompson left a public forum with the DA candidates early - score another one for Mary Keenan...
It's all about money - Democratic Party assembly will decide between Keenan and DeMuth tomorrow.
Are you ready for ANOTHER JonBenet book? Sure you are! And this one is available in paper or "E" formats...
For some odd reason the Daily Times-Call is re-printing that overtly slanted lie-detector article from Lisa with the two last names, go figure...
Boulder critic, outspoken Anti-Ram, and Darnay buddy Cindy Adams is now on the web edition of the New York Post!
For Cher: Woman kills leafblower addict!
Carol
7:00 AM, MDT, Saturday 5/6/00 (day #1228, week #176, month #40, year #3)
1. I miss Koby...
Good Morning!
More spin from Lisa with the two last names - in Friday's Rocky, but not web-posted until late, the Rammers have polygraphers chomping at the bit to go at 'em...
And here's the AP wire version of Ryckman's story above, oddly the only place I found it was in the Colorado Springs Gazette...
Oldie but a goodie - Going down memory lane, do you remember the Boulder janitor who was peeping through the ceiling of a Rec Center women's locker room? Hint - he was nabbed after they placed some dye (I think purple) on the rafters - Welp the whistle-blower sued the City (after a blatant cover-up and hush campaign) and she's recovered damages - in the Rocky as well as the Denver Post, Camera and the AP.
NEW! The BPD has added a Crime Patterns map to their nifty, keeno web site - uno problemo is that the map is updated weekly, and past pattern notations (ie, last week there was a flasher in the Hell Hole area) aren't archived - duh!
Curses, foiled again! The now-syndicated talker, 'Leeza' dumped! Gibbons silenced in the upcoming season...
And just because...want to avoid Parkinson's disease? Then smoke, drink, coddle those bugs!
Carol
6:28 AM, MDT, Sunday 5/7/00 (day #1229, week #176, month #40, year #3)
1. DeMuth, Sanderson and Keenan
Good Morning!
Excedrin headache number #1229 - the Daily Camera has a yummy-sounding article today with 'The Hunted' retorting to critics - but, alas! - it's a bad link so far, you can read the first paragraph on their front page though...
Uh, oh, all's not well in la-la-land - DeMuth and Keenan to go head-to-head (with added distraction of "arrest Patsy" candidate Ben Thompson) in the DA primary - stay tuned...
Confused? Want to 'get on with your life'? Just log onto a ten-day long discussion with Steve Thomas on APBNews.com and ask him whodunit...
(Speaking of the Steve... start resting up now for Tuesday nights About.com live chat, starting at - ouch! - 10 PM, EDT)...
Numbers : For some reason the author is amazed that so many people want to read 'ITRI', hanging in there on the New York Times bestseller list released today at #5 ...(DOI is down to #27) as of April 22nd sales...
Next week ITRI will be #11 on the New York Times Bestseller list as of April 29th
And ITRI is selling like hotcakes in the Denver market too, as researched in today's Denver Post, it's #8 on the non-fiction list.
I can't believe it's not Butter! New books always jive-up sales of the oldies, I've updated the Amazon book rankings of all the JonBenet books as of this morning.
Oh those zany Boulderites! Have to snicker when they let their hair down and become politically incorrect, if just for a single day of the year - overview of yesterday Kinetics parade/reservoir race won by Men in Kilts...

6:19 AM, MDT, Monday 5/8/00 (day #1230, week #176, month #40, year #3)
1. Ouch!
Good Morning! Not much out there, but this is typical of Mondays...
More apathy in Boulder - DA race is shaping up to be the ultimate litmus test of THE HUNTED's 28 year-reign...Boulderites shrug - "JonBenet Who?"...
Big surprise for Boulder County Dems was how well Trip DeMuth did in the caucus vote - Get this, Boulderites! Me too...don't they realize what DeMuth is?
Blast from the past (absence makes the heart grow fonder or memory weaker) - Talk of the Town column alludes to re-emergence of former Mayor Leslie Durgin into the political arena (what's next? Return of Koby?)
When in Rome...don't crash 'private parties' - (calling Lee Hill!) another bizarre example of justice, Boulder-style... where you can rape and murder your offspring, but barking dogs, smoking and running stop signs while biking is also a no-no...
And, just because - Kathie MEEEE is back in hot water...

1. The 5/13/99 New York Post with Burke headline
Good Morning! Sorry I'm late ...
Rest up kiddies - Steve Thomas chats with us tonight, LIVE, 8 PM, MDT, on About.com...
Just Desserts: The Ramseys are suing the New York Post and Time-Warner for repeating the May '98 STAR tabloid allegations against Burke, this version from Reuters...
And this Associated Press version on the newest lawsuit is running nationwide (I counted over 25 newspapers), hitting the New York Post and Time.com for $4 Million EACH...
(The new lawsuit is on the front page of today's Daily Camera, but, as usual, it's bad link...methinks the Camera doesn't want us internet wingnuts to read this stuff)
It's interesting to note that the Time.com article has mysteriously disappeared from their web site....hmmmm....
Copy of the actual filing against the New York Post...
Copy of the complaint against Time can be read here...
Related: In a similar case, the court ruled against the GLOBE for repeating allegations in a book (researched by LizzieB)...
The RamHuggers will hate this! Denver Post names Colorado Governor a "winner" - notes his glib Ramsey case comments and head-to-head with Baba Wawa...
JonBenet on "cheesy tabloid television show?" Nope, it's MSNBC - Washington Post commentary on the tabloidization of mainstream media.
So Sue 'Em - Bill Maher delivers a punchy punchline to the Rammers.

1. Truly tacky
Good Morning!
TV ALERT: Mountain and Pacific zoners can catch Lin Wood hedging (on polygraph) and smirking (over lawsuits) on the Today show, NBC, second quarter-hour segment...
THE WHITES SPEAK...well, sort of...we've been waiting for a response to the 'mystery woman' mini-scandal, seems that they have been sending letters to the Daily Camera...read between the lines here...
(Related: Reader complains about Camera's claim that they have exercised an "extraordinary responsibility of the local community newspaper to practice the highest level of journalism....")
More suits: The Ramseys are suing the GLOBE for a November '98 article implying Burke is the killer - also notes distribution on the web...
A real sleeper: The Ramseys are also suing Windsor House publishing for the trashy 'novel' A Little Girls Dream? Prolly took them two years just to read that crud...
(Related: Here's an example of the over-promise and under-deliver media promos for the book, scroll down halfway to "Austin Publisher Subject of Japanese Documentary")
TV ALERT: American Justice, Deadly Magnolia, A&E, 8 PM, MDT, diabolical plots of Patricia Allanson, nee Taylor, a southern belle who encouraged her husband to kill his parents, served time for attempting to murder his grandparents, then after parole, opened a private nursing care service and tried to kill two clients. Once again free on parole, some fear she will strike again - subject of one of my favorite Ann Rule books, EVERYTHING SHE EVER WANTED (click for Amazon.com description).

FIFTH lawsuit filed, this one against the National Examiner - stay tuned for documents...

Forty minutes of laughs in the latest Mame and B.J. audio report, almost LIVE from Boulder...
Little Girls Dream author Dwight Wallington responds to Ramsey suit, says he "welcomes it" - 11 Million worth...
Just the tip of the iceberg, Denver KMGH TV 7 has a brief report on only two of the latest lawsuits...
Another case book? Our Dumb Century compilation from satire zine The Onion may or may not contain column written by JonBenet?
You just gotta love Bill Owens - comic relief, finally a politician with gonads...back in hot water again...
TV ALERT: Investigative Reports, "Cold Case Files", A&E 7 PM, MDT, how law enforcers stick with cases for many years, using fresh evidence to win convictions or to free prisoners who were wrongfully jailed - to include defense attorney Barry Scheck about an Illinois rape case.

Yackety Yack... JR SPEAKS, again, this time to E&P, publisher of the infamous Shapiro tapes...
AP plays ketchup - article on two of the latest lawsuits, against the Globe and Windsor House...
Sounds vaguely familiar...Austin Statesman article focuses on the Windsor House suit.
Status Quo - FUBAR! Keenan and DeMuth claim all is well in Lou Lou land, predict only minor tweaks to the BOCO-DA operations under their leadership in address to the Boulder Bar Association last night...oh, woe!
But the big news today in the Denver market is the beloved Denver Post and Ramsey Mountain News are merging operations - this sux! - Soft spin from Lisa with the two last names...
Rocky folds! Can't translate circulation into profit - a different view from the New York Times service.
Conflicting report - The Boulder Daily Camera says it is not part of this operating agreement, but admits combined circulation/advertising department with the Rocky - huh?
Colorado open records, 911 recordings and autopsy reports: Columbine 911 tapes to be released in edited form...yet no Ramsey tape, but JonBenet's autopsy..go figure...
Annie get yer gun - Monica get yer vodka... more trouble for Governor Owens...

Pray for Patsy! She and John have graciously agree to appear on the Christian talk show `Life Today with James Robison,' taping in Texas on May 30 - wonder if a 900 number is next...
Slightly different (read - toned down) Associated Press version of this un-scoop...
And the Ramsey Mountain News, living up to it's nick, has a brief version of the above.
Git yer tickets here! (Cream pies optional) ..."Reservations are required for the taping of the show with John and Patsy Ramsey at 7 p.m. May 30. Peter Boyles and more weird JonBenet-isms in this weeks Off Limits column in Westword.
Drat - missed one!...Buried in Wednesday's Rocky... "Lunch Bunch" (scroll down), wish I coulda been a fly on the wall - note that Steve didn't order a tuna sandwich!
Drat - missed two!...yesterday's Denver Post had a brief mention (scroll down to 2nd story) of the latest polygraph spin.
Why I was late today, dog didn't eat my homework, I was reading this new report/theory on the case largely based on the old Seraph report, very interesting (link sleuthed out by Darby).
Another reason why I was late today - Inquisitive Candy Rose has compiled a keeno guide to the "AFriend/Patricia" letters mini-scandal of late '99 - not being a party to it, I was spellbound!
Sick Puppy on the Loose! A less breathless, sensationalistic take on the pedophile on the loose (out on bond) in today's Rocky.
And, just because, if you are following the hysteria and chest-thumping over the "end" of the Denver newspaper war (the Rocky/Post J.O.A.) story, you count on Westword to tell it, and tell it right - and entertain at the same time.
Related: Chuck Green at his BEST today, on the same issue (hey, Temple! you want accuracy? and rely on Ryckman? get Amole to write it, or better yet, beg Charlie to come back...).

Shorter, less detailed update on the Miller/Lewis witch-hunt in today's Ramsey Mountain News - this makes FOUR days in a row that they squeezed in a JonBenet story...
In case you missed it (or, like me, fell asleep) the transcript of the Steve Thomas chat on About.com last week is now available.

Dokka Ree's replacement named - Sleuth's retirement fantasy to find JonBenet's killer reiterated...oh,my!
There's a Flasher on the loose! Remember I mentioned the BPD's neato new web feature - crime trends? and it was mentioned that a flasher was working JonBenet's neighborhood? Welp, they finally got the lead out with community warnings/tip appeals in the Daily Camera and Denver Post...
Dangling participle? Nah, not the flasher - for some odd reason the Rocky has a loose sidebar in today's edition - the Number of registered sex offenders by county/municipality - shows the daunting BPD "clearing" task...

Not just sexist, but NOW rated the PMPT mini-series the WORST, even more exploitive than Who Wants to Marry a Millionaire - from the Hollywood Reporter.

RAMSEYS SCHEDULE ATLANTA PRESS CONFERENCE FOR MAY 24 TO DISCUSS NEW
DEVELOPMENTS IN JONBENÉT RAMSEY CASE
ATLANTA-A press conference to discuss new developments in the JonBenét Ramsey case has
been scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, 2000 beginning at 1:00 p.m. EDT. The press conference
will be held at the Wyndham Atlanta Hotel in downtown Atlanta, located at 160 Spring Street.
Members of the media interested in attending the press conference will be permitted access to
the conference room at the Wyndham beginning at 11:30 a.m. Any questions regarding media set
up at the hotel should be directed to Kathy Williams at the Wyndham, 678-686-3338. New
information about the case will be disclosed to the public at the press conference. Several experts
will be present at the press conference, along with John and Patsy Ramsey and their attorneys, to
discuss the new developments and answer media questions.
And lo! The gossip mill is alive and well, the Daily Camera reports that it will be to announce not just a "hot tub" polygraph, but ransom note handwriting comparison results as well!
For publicity purposes - Boulder government sources reiterate their spin/angle from Reuters...
Publicity specifically designed to impact the lawsuit juries...from KCNC..."their civil attorney may be hoping, with tomorrow's news conference, they may convince some potential jurors...."
From the home of Haddon-hugger Paula Woodward -- "9NEWS has confirmed the Ramseys took a lie detector test, but they did not meet the conditions set by the Boulder Police Department"...
Three years elapsed since the murder works in the Rammers favor by "dulling their recall and any sharp response they might have to questions"...from the Denver Post...
The only drama is WHO gave the test - KWGN reports that it was not the A.P.A....
And from the AP, no law enforcement officials were present during the test...
Let's have caw-fee... Lisa With-The-Two-Last-Names just calls Patsy on the phone and chats her up, but the Patster doesn't leak....
Uh - But...Ramseys refuse Urine Test! (compliments of pip)
"Channel 4 in Denver (KCNC) reported tonight that a polygrapher who had done previous work for John Ramsey (for Access Graphics? this was not clear) was approached to do the poly on the Rams. He (Gene Parker) was interviewed for the story. Apparently he was called, but after he insisted on a Urine Screening as part of his assessment the Ramseys declined using his services. Mr. Parker stated that he had the impression that the urine screening was the deal breaker."
Last one...KMGH Denver TV 7 (ABC) admits it's clueless...
And in other news....
Bra-burners - - The Perfect Murder mini-series "didn't exactly wow NOW"...from E!
More work for Lou...Sick puppies abound in Boulder - not one but two in today's Police briefs column.
Chuck Green praises Owens as law and order Governor, calls for end of the kiddie-gap in murder charges in Colorado.
Oops there goes another rubber tree plant: Peter Boyles is being sued again!

Good Morning!
TV ALERT: Mountain and Pacific zoners can catch Steve Thomas on ABC's Good Morning America at 5-15 minutes into the first hour, and then switch to Ed Gelb on NBC's Today show at 13-19 into the first hour...
TV ALERT: Burden of Proof, CNN, 10:30 AM, MDT, what's next for the Ramsey investigation?
Most of the Ramsey press conference is transcribed for us here by CNN...
And, LizzieB (who ought to get a medal, or free ticket to heaven) transcribed the balance from tape here.
The Daily Camera has the complete text of Mark Beckner's statement to the press yesterday.
APB's Keith Coffman almost-live from Boulder with the BPD retort to the press conference yesterday.
The CNN story also focuses on Beckner's comments and offers it's usual array of nifty multimedia links.
Ramsey's home town paper, the Journal-Constitution (which has good reason to dislike Lin Wood), goes for the "hired gun" angle.
The last 5 minutes or so of yesterdays Burden of Proof (CNN) examined the BPD insistence on the FBI as polygraphers...
USA Today focuses on this "latest volley in a public relations battle" between the Rammers and Boulder officials.
Tag-team Ramsey case yeomen Auge and Robinson deliver one of the best overviews today, AND manage to spell "backSTER" correctly.
Also in the Denver Post - a bio/resume of DOCTOR Edward Gelb...
...and Karen Auge returns for an encore on the Colorado courts history on polygraphs.
Uncharacteristically anti-ram slanted coverage in the Boulder Daily Camera.
For some odd reason, the FOX network is rerunning this opinion column, 'The Miserable Ramseys' which notes that "her parents' appearance on them (Televised interviews)is nothing short of disgusting".
A Reuters wire service story - notice that there is little if any mention of the inconclusive and "artifacts" tests that were thrown out...
The New York Post, on the otherhand, focuses on the mis-tests and frequency...
The AP was busy yesterday - here's what appears to be the first story filed out of Atlanta only minutes after the press conference concluded.
Nope, I take that back - here's a predecessor, filed 30 minutes into the 'event'...
Early Associated Press story on the press conference added to the Denver Post site at 4 PM yesterday.
And here's the AP version that will appear in most of the nation's papers today.
If they're feeling frisky, papers can also add this sidebar of (supposedly) the actual questions posed to the Rammers, also from the AP...
Earning their nickname again, the "Ramsey Mountain News" sought out Lou Smit for (exclusive!) comments on the polygraph...
For pure entertainment value, check the slant on today's Lisa with-the-two-last-names article (oh "LOL").
Really wild and wacky Geraldo Rivera show last night, again transcribed by LizzieB...
Speaking of wacky - KCNC's writing syle really drives me bonkers - like they're talking to a 4-year-old...
Pundits and hired guns: In case you missed it, strange bedfellow Ed Gelb appeared on the National Enquirer TV show on May 1st (compliments of sabrina).
Comics are already generating fodder - from Byron...Jay Leno: "They didn't use a polygraph machine...it was one of those magic 8-balls" and from bookworm2...Richard Bey on talk radio said they used a "mood ring!"
TV ALERT: Can't swing a dead pundit without hitting it today, stay tuned to CNN, MSNBC and FOX, after 5 PM, MDT, include CNBC in your surf list...

Good Morning!
I goofed up royally yesterday by missing this important announcement - the BPD wants to talk to the Ramseys again - in fact, they sent them a letter on May 10th (two weeks before the polygraph show) to that effect - from yesterday's Rocky...(so WHAT did Patsy mean when she said "ask Mark Beckner" what's next??????)...
But it comes as no surprise that the Rammers are hesitant to do so (meet with BPD) and are already throwing out excuses and demands...sounds like Wood wants to have coffee...
Four weeks - Wood claims he will reply by early next week - 4 weeks after Beckner's request - but he's been so busy suing people like Dwight Wallington...
Enough already - Pity Pat may have Fubar-ed her tests because of her dramatic hand gestures says one of her troops - in today's Camera...meanwhile polygrapher #1 is not returning reporter's phone calls...
Heh, heh, heh - Chuck Green column today, "Ramseys split hairs with truth", read it and weep (ROFL!)...
Oh my! The Ramsey Mountain News appears to be factioned! the "News" department is Pro-Ram, and "Opinion" is anti - Bill Johnson calls the Rammers latest "lame, shameless and meaningless display of backside-covering".
Interesting! Fox News Health column looks at the Ramsey polygraphs and asks the question..."what if someone is mentally ill?"...
Our good friends at Cybersleuths are running a new poll on the Boulder DA race - and lookee who's leading the pack! (Scroll down to midway on left).
LizzieB has transcribed both the O'Reilly Factor and The Edge with Paula Zahn from Wednesday night (Fox News Network).
If you don't mind Greta's bombast, the Burden of Proof (CNN) transcript from Thursday afternoon can be found here.
Sick Puppy: Ah, another in our continuing series to help ole John-Boy - didn't JonBenet attend a Montessori school? Here ya go, former teacher, in his 50's, molested a kid in '96, re-arrested for exposing himself (scroll down to 2nd story).
Bad news for Sick Puppies: Governor Owens signed a bill yesterday that will require Colorado sex offenders to register with police within 1 day of their parole/release (was 7 days), and they will now have to register all their life...
