Byrd and Melanie Billings MURDERED - Beulah, Escambia County, Florida July 9, 2009) On Thursday, July 9, 2009, in Beulah, Florida (Escambia County), Byrd ("Bud") and Melanie Billings were found dead in their home (9717 Mobile Hwy, Beulah, Florida) at approximately 7:30pm during a robbery and home invasion. The couple are the parents of 16 children, 12 of them adopted. The couple were well known in their community for adopting special needs children. He would met him at Fifth Dimension. 10/26/2010: - Another meeting, Florence, Stalls, Sumner and Gonzalez Jr. at Fifth Dimensions again. 10/26/2010: - At Fifth Dimensions, Leonard Gonzalez Jr. did all the talking, about a target in Pensacola. 10/26/2010: - Gonzalez Jr. said Billings had 13 million dollars, was laundrying money, selling heroin out of trailers. 10/26/2010: - There was a plan to meet night before July 4th to check house and determine what was needed. 10/26/2010: - End of June 2009, they met at Walmarts, Patrick didn't show but they met him at another location. 10/26/2010: - They were in Stallworth's vehicle, a tan Explorer, Rt 98, they met at Antique Shop. 10/26/2010: - They met blonde female (PL), normal size, 5'6" 5'9" drove red mini van Patrick drove occasionaly. 10/26/2010: - They met at Waffle House then met up w/Patrick, to Pensacola to a trailer. Gonzalez Sr. suffers from such severe brain damage that it was easy to use suggestive interrogation techniques to get him to say just about anything you want. Again, no fingerprints, DNA or other evidence put the safe in my custody and control. The State called two men who both admitted that they had actually participated in the murders. Both men admitted that they had lied several times to the investigators and their family, and they have no problem lying to suit their needs. The State called two men, Lonnie Smith and Tony Eisa, that supposedly were being recruited by me to participate in a robbery. Neither man testified that they were told the time, the place, or who the victims of the alleged robbery would be. Neither man could place me at the scene of the crime and both men denied their own involvement. Please note that Lonnie Smith was arrested for heroin in February 2010 and mysteriously his charges disappeared just days before his testimony. In addition to this cover-up, Tony Eisa admitted to being a crack user, white supremacist, a convicted child molester, with a rap sheet extending from Chicago gang involvement to Panama City, FL. Nevertheless, Tony Eisa negotiated a testimony against me with the State Attorney’s office and bragged to others that he was paid to testify against me in this case and for other crimes he claimed I committed in other jurisdictions.
