Casey Anthony's 31 Days - June 18, 2008![[Caylee Anthony]](caylee_anthony-0072-Caylee.jpg) The last time two year old Caylee Anthony was seen was the day after Father's Day on June 16, 2008, according to her Grandfather, George Anthony. It wasn't until July 15, 2008 that Casey Anthony admitted she hadn't seen her daughter for 31 days. Casey Anthony originally told law enforcement that she dropped Caylee off with her nanny, who she named as Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez, also refered to as "Zanny", at apartment #210 at the Sawgrass Apartments in Orlando, Florida. Casey then said she went to work at her job at Universal Studios. Casey said when she returned to pick Caylee up that both Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez and Caylee were gone and Zanny's phone was out of service. |

| NOTE from www.acandyrose.com: (ABOUT THE SHOVEL) Anthony neighbor, Brian Burner couldn't remember if it was Wednesday, June 18th or Thursday, June 19th that Casey borrowed his shovel but he was sure it was one of those two days. Using Casey's cell phone records to see how often she either called Cindy or George to possibly see IF GEORGE WAS HOME or NOT, it appears that the only day, of the two days, that Casey could have gone to her parents home and borrowed the neighbor's shovel, WITHOUT GEORGE KNOWING, was on June 18th because George was at work that day. George was not scheduled for work on the 19th so odds were that he would have been home and if Casey really needed a shovel to remove the alleged bamboo root she claimed she was tripping on, she could have just asked George on the 19th to get his out of the shed. Knowing what we know of George, if the bamboo root needed digging, he would have done it himself. |
