Caylee Marie Anthony HOMICIDE - Orlando, Florida (R.I.P. 2005-2008) Age: 2-1/2, Caylee Anthony was reported missing by her grandmother, Cindy Anthony on July 15, 2008. At that time Caylee's mother, Casey, said on the July 15, 2008 911 call that her daughter had been missing for "31 days." Date of disappearance is unknown but the math adds up to last seen as of June 15, 2008. The group of bloggers scoured several wooded areas of Blanchard Park over the weekend for clues into the disappearance of missing Caylee Anthony. The group found what they believe may be items of interest; two colorful book bags and some clothing hidden in the woods about a mile from a location where a car belonging to the Casey Anthony (Caylee's mother) was abandoned. "Everyone's heart dropped," searcher Wyatt Locke said. "This is the first time in our search that everyone unanimously was like, 'Oh my gosh, this might be something.'" A yellow sandal, a size-five pair of pants and a small tank top were also found in the woods. Sheriff's deputies took possession of the found items and were trying to determine if they could be linked to the case. The group plans to continue investigating the case."

Those plans changed in a matter of minutes though and, shortly before noon, Casey's attorney explained. "I guess the breaking news is that Casey will not be surrendered by Mr. Padilla," attorney Jose Baez announced late Friday morning. "It was really about the two of us [Baez and Padilla] just sitting down and discussing it and going down to the root of the problem."

"Get off my property. This is my property and this is my property," said George Anthony while pointing to his yard and the grass between the sidewalk and street. A neighbor intervened, holding George Anthony back from the two men, who said they were at the house to take pictures and try to see Casey Anthony. "I don't care how big you are or how small you are," George Anthony said before placing his hand under the arm of one of the men and pushing him back. "Next time I see you or anyone else on my property, I will file charges." "I think (Casey Anthony) needs to be re-arrested, and I hope that happens. Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick e-mailed Baez on July 29, saying she had not heard from him about what information Anthony could provide. As part of the deal, Anthony would have to waive - in writing - any evidence obtained as a result of her statements to investigators, Drane Burdick wrote." "On August 25, Drane Burdick sent another e-mail to Baez about the immunity they discussed on Aug. 12 and how it will expire on Thursday, Aug. 28."By that date, you will have had sufficient 'private time' with you client to determine if she wishes to participate in locating her child," she wrote. Since then, that deadline has been extended to Tuesday at 9 a.m. "If you would like to attend to this matter over the Labor Day weekend, please send an e-mail to my work e-mail address and I will be able to retrieve it immediately on my Blackberry," Drane Burdick said."

Casey Anthony's e-mails and notes to Dakota reaches the media. When news reported that Caylee may be dead, 12 year old Dakota Skii became distraught and hospitalized. "Skii also received a bracelet with the words "my friend, my sister" from Casey Anthony."

The e-mails, letters and gifts were sent to Dakota Skii, a St. Cloud Middle School student, who helped organize a vigil in St. Cloud earlier this month for Caylee Anthony, who has been missing since mid-June. Sources recently said that DNA results and air sample tests from Casey Anthony’s car suggest that Caylee is likely no longer alive, causing Skii to became distraught to the point of hospitalization, Local 6 News reported." One of the notes said: "Hey Sweetie! I can't thank you enough for everything you have done for my family. I am really looking forward to seeing you. We will schedule something very soon, I promise. I would love to have you spend the night, and spend time getting to know each other. You are such an amazing girl and already a true friend. We are so blessed to have you and your Mom in our lives. I love you. Thank you for my gift (a stuffed animal), I named him after you. I will see you soon. Love, Casey" Peter contacted Local 6 News about the relationship and has since informed law enforcement, saying she hopes the Anthonys do not feel betrayed and that she wants the "madness" to end. Peter said she called Casey Anthony's mother, Cindy Anthony, after Skii was hospitalized to inform her of the situation. "I heard Casey in the background, and she was crying. I was like, 'Yeah, Casey. Just tell us what happened to Caylee,'" said Peter, who believes that Caylee may have died accidentally."

The $500,000 bail posted by a California bondsman that released Anthony from jail earlier this week was also rescinded today. At a court hearing that reportedly lasted a little over a minute this afternoon, Judge Mike Miller set Anthony's bail at $3,000 for the new charges. She is now being held on a total of six charges, including the original charges of child neglect and lying to investigators. Her total bail is $503,200, according to a report by The Orlando Sentinel."

Searchers thought they had a break in the case when bones were found near the Anthony's Orange County home Sunday. However, it was determined that someone had wrapped a dead dog in a baby blanket. During Monday's search, several other piles of bones were found on Lee Vista Boulevard. "It looks like a spine or backbone," searcher Martin Krasinsqui said. The new bones were marked for investigators."
