I can't remember exactly how many Fridays she was there, but I had been taking photos at Fusion every Friday night for, like, probably a month coming up to the -- you know, the 20th there, which was the last day I took photos. But I saw her definitely on what would be the 13th, I think, and the 6th. MEGYN KELLY: OK, the 6th and the 13th and the 20th. So this is a place, obviously, she likes to hang out. TEDDY PIPER: Well, I guess so. Usually, it's about the same crowd every Friday night at this... After calling Zenaida to see where she and Caylee were, and when they were coming home, I waited outside of the apartment. And in fact, if you can just stand over on -- I've actually got a picture, so you can explain the significance of new information on the ladder and the pool in the back yard. What is the story on this ladder?

(MARK FUHRMAN, FMR LAPD HOMICIDE DETECTIVE): Well, it's interesting. You know, the grandparents are telling me that on the 16th, when Casey and Caylee are leaving that morning at 12:50 -- the previous night, Cynthia, the grandmother, and Casey swam in the pool. After they were done, they take me ladder, which snaps off, and then they take the ladder away from the pool so Caylee can't climb up it by herself. Now, nobody swam in the pool after that night on Sunday. Nobody swam there on Monday. And then Tuesday morning, they noticed that the ladder was back up on the pool, hooked up, and the gate on the side of the house was open. So it's interesting information considering the activity that preceded -- you know, preceded that on the day before.

(SUPPLEMENT #8 - INCIDENT REPORT (07/30/08): "On July 22, 2008 Detective Sue Hempfield and I responded to Avante at Mt. Dora Nursing and Rehab Center located at 3050 Brown Avenue, Mount Dora, FL. Upon our arrival we met with Anne Lenington who is the Director of Nursing. Anne had some information in regards to Caylee. Anne was able to provide us with a copy of the sign in sheet for June 15, 2008 which was Father's Day. Anne said that on June 15, 2008 Cindy and Caylee Anthony were at the facility to visit Alex Plesea. Alex is the father of Cindy Anthony and great grandfather to Caylee."

(OCSO 08-069208 COMPUTER FORENSICS REPORT): From The Compaq laptop computer: "This photograph was taken with a Nikon Coolpix digital camera. The date and time setting on the camera at the time this picture was taken was June 15, 2008 at 12:03:26 pm. An examination of the Nikon CoolPix L12 camera revealed the date and time settings on the camera were accurate (within 2 minutes) on the day the camera was examined (July 21, 2008). The EXIF data regarding this picture of Caylee on the CoolPix camera is the same as the picture saved to the Compaq computer, meaning that since the camera settings are current and the Compaq computer date and time settings are current, it is likely the camera settings were also current on June 15, 2008 at 12:03:26 pm."

Amy talked to Casey about the living situation and the house Casey had been telling her they were going to move into. Amy even had a change of address put in for Casey's parents home thinking she was moving there.

(Jesse Aaron Grund INTERVIEW 07/23/2008 Pg12, line 17): EE: On the 15th, being Sunday, Amy talked to Casey about well her. JG: She.. EE: ..living situation? That was the house thing. Tell me in depth about the house thing? JG: Uhm, according, and this is something that Casey had told me previously too. She had told me that uhm, her mother was getting a condo. Her parents were most likely getting divorced. And that her mom was signing, her mother, Cindy Anthony, was signing the home over into Casey's name. Uhm, and Casey was going to get Amy as a roommate. Uhm, I, I don't remember the exactly when this started. I was uhm, uh, don't recall the exact time of when she told me that. But at this point it had dragged on for a little while. Amy had even had a change of address form put in and had mail being sent to the house on Hope Spring Drive. Uhm, and at, and at this point Casey was just telling her that her, her dad still had to work on stuff, and uhm, you know, doesn't know when she's going to be able to move in. And then told her, and I don't know the exact time, told her well my parents are not uhm, my mom's not moving out anymore. Uhm, they are getting a divorce and mom wants me out of the house.

Shirley said she remembers last seeing Caylee on June 15, 2008. She remembers it was Fathers Day. Shirley said after they visited with Alex they left and went back to her home located at 2708 Palmetto Road, Mt. Dora, FL. Shirley said they had dinner and then Cindy and Caylee left later on that evening."

(Rick posting on Topix thread, "Oh Well" thread III" page 730): (RICK: Aug 19, 2008 #14696) "Cindy and Casey were fighting the day before Casey left with Caylee. They had visited my mom and dad on father's day at the nursing home. My mom was angry that Cindy didn't do anything about Casey stealing money from their checking accounts. Thank God that the account for my father was hooked to the nursing home and wasn't allowed to be cashed by no one other than the nursing home. My mom got that money reimbursed from the bank. She asked that the bank press charges but somehow Cindy and George got Casey out of it. That is what we think the fighting was about after they got home that evening that the neighbors overheard."
