The 80-minute phone call ended at 1:05 a.m., and Anthony then had a conversation via text messages with Lazzaro until Lazzaro called her at 3:08 a.m. It is not known what was discussed, but less than 10 hours later, Caylee, who was 2 at that time, was seen for the last time by her grandfather, George Anthony, Pipitone reported. "Ten minutes to 1 (o'clock) that afternoon on the 16th is when I actually saw Casey and Caylee together -- both leaving with backpacks -- and my daughter said she was going to work, and she was taking Caylee to the nanny, to the baby sitter," George Anthony said."

The new photos show Casey without Caylee, arm in arm with her boyfriend, after they chose two movies to rent. One rented was "Untraceable," about a kidnapper and killer. The other was "Jumper," about a mother who abandons her 5-year-old child, who then can teleport himself. "They came in, went out," Johnny French told Eyewitness News. "Brought the movies back on time just like everybody else."

And in fact, if you can just stand over on -- I've actually got a picture, so you can explain the significance of new information on the ladder and the pool in the back yard. What is the story on this ladder?

(MARK FUHRMAN, FMR LAPD HOMICIDE DETECTIVE): Well, it's interesting. You know, the grandparents are telling me that on the 16th, when Casey and Caylee are leaving that morning at 12:50 -- the previous night, Cynthia, the grandmother, and Casey swam in the pool. After they were done, they take me ladder, which snaps off, and then they take the ladder away from the pool so Caylee can't climb up it by herself. Now, nobody swam in the pool after that night on Sunday. Nobody swam there on Monday. And then Tuesday morning, they noticed that the ladder was back up on the pool, hooked up, and the gate on the side of the house was open. So it's interesting information considering the activity that preceded -- you know, preceded that on the day before.

The location was near where detectives directed EquuSearch volunteers to look for signs of Caylee several weeks ago. At 5:20 p.m., Anthony's cell pinged a tower near Blanchard Park at state Road 50 and Goldenrod, Local 6 reported. That site was also searched in August by EquuSearch. Records showed that Casey Anthony's cell phone went silent during a time between 5:23 and 8:23 on June 17 -- no text messages, no calls in and no calls out. Anthony then turned up near her boyfriend's apartment, records showed."

(identification) with her so I wasn't able to show her the apartment. Uh, I showed him. Uh, he was interested in it. Uhm, later on uh, that week uh, we had uh, we had had lunch uhm, and uh, uh, I'm sorry, uh, later on that week I had spoke with her about it more. Uhm, uh, she wanted me to go to a night club I think uh, uh, that he was work, doing uh, with them. I'm not sure exactly what it was. Uhm, but uh, as far as, as far as that I declined. I had other stuff going on. Uhm, but that was the only time I, I've, I've spoken with him was in here uhm, doing uh, trying to lease an apartment.

We take a lot of pictures there. Casey was there that night. MEGYN KELLY, FOX NEWS HOST: How sure are you that it was Friday night, June 20? AZZILANO: I'm absolutely positive. The photos are time-stamped. Every time a photo's taken, it embeds it into the -- into the code of the photo. And when I upload it to my Flickr account, it actually says right on my Flickr account June 20. KELLY: Why were you taking photos at the club that night? AZZILANO: Teddy and I usually go to clubs around Orlando, and we're hired to do nightlife photography. And that was just one of the nights we were working at Fusion.

TEDDY PIPER, STUDENT AND CLUB PHOTOGRAPHER: Not exactly. We showed up later in the evening, probably after midnight on that Friday night, and set up and took pictures just throughout the night until the club closed at 2:00. JOHN AZZILANO: She seemed happy, as were most of the people there that night. So they followed them, the paramedics to the hospital and I asked her was it Tampa General and she said yeah. She said they went to Tampa General Hospital. CINDY: Yeah, well they weren't there during.... the accident happened in the morning is what she said but I found out about it when Casey finally called me back and she actually apologized to me for not calling back sooner but she said they were tied up, she was there in the ER with Zanny and Raquel." - "CINDY: Yeah, she said that Raquel had a broken arm and she said they finally got a hold of Raquel's Mom. LE: Okay CINDY: That Raquel's mom was going to take her back to her apartment back in Orlando, Zanny and Raquel's apartment and get Raquel's ... and she actually told me she was going to be seen at Jewett where I use to work at. So they were working her up a little bit more. GEORGE ANTHONY: Yes, didn't want me to get into the car to get the stuff out. Dad, I'll get it for you. Dad, I'll get it out. I said, It's no problem. I know where it's at. I'll get it, get it out and be done with it. So as we're walking out through the garage, she's still telling me, Dad, I'll get it. Give me a minute, I'll get it. I said, Casey, I'm capable of reaching inside your car, and I got it. So -- and she opened up the trunk of the car... The gas cans there. She's the one that took the gas cans.

LE: And to make a long story short with the gas cans, Casey had taken the gas cans earlier and he confronted her, she gave them back. When would she have taken the gas cans if she had just come to the house? CINDY: I have no clue. LE: And she was in Tampa? CINDY: I don't know.

And Casey was excited to see him because they hadn't seen each other since December, somewhere around there, December, somewhere around the first of the year when he went to Jacksonville.
