Detective David Clark and I responded to 4719 Cork Road in Plant City, Florida, in reference to making contact and interviewing Genaro Rodriguez. During the interview we learned the following: He advised that he is the owner of the company that poured both the driveway and slab at Ms. Moore's residence on State Road 60. He advised that according to the invoices, the concrete driveway was poured on 04/03/2009, and the concrete slab was poured on 04/13/2009. He advised that he was present on both of those days. He advised that his company only pours and finishes the concrete, it does not prep the area. He advised that while pouring the driveway on 04/03/09, Ms. Moore showed him the area that she wanted to have the concrete slab poured. He advised that he can not remember if the area where the concrete slab was poured had to be leveled off or not. He advised that if it did need to be leveled off that Ms. Moore or somebody else would have leveled the area because his company did not.
Mr. Rodriguez then provided me with copies of the invoices for the work done at Ms. Moore' residence. The copies were later placed in to the property evidence section of the Polk County Sheriff's Office as Item #6050.
