1440 Hours:
Detective Greg Thomas and I responded to the Law Offices of Larry Hardaway in Lakeland, Florida, in reference to interviewing Judy Haggins. During the interview we learned the following: She advised that she received a telephone call from Ms. Moore at approximately 0315 hours on 01/26/2010. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that she had something to tell her. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that drug dealers had done it and made her say the things she said. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that Mr. Shakespeare was dead. She advised that Ms. Moore said "They did it, they killed him". She advised that Ms. Moore said they were out to her (Moore's) place. She advised that Ms. Moore never said what place. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that it was her (Moore), Mr. Shakespeare, Cedric Edom and "Ron" the drug dealer. She advised Ms. Moore told her that they wanted $200.00.00. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that they took all of the money out of her (Moore's) safe. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that Mr. Shakespeare put a gun to her head. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that she (Moore) blacked out. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that she (Moore) was coming in and out of it and saw them shoot Mr. Shakespeare. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that the drug dealer told her not to say anything or they would kill her (Moore's) son. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that she could not tell her where the body was right then and told her (Haggins) not to tell anyone. She advised that Ms. Moore kept telling her that "Ron" the drug dealer was the one that shot Mr. Shakespeare. She advised the telephone call lasted approximately 45 minutes. She advised that Ms. Moore told her that Mr. Shakespeare has been dead since April. She advised that on a previous occasion Ms. Moore told her that Mr. Shakespeare and "Ronald" had come to get Mr. Shakespeare's stuff late one night.

??35 Hours:
Detective Thomas and I had respondd back to the scene of the two (2) search warrants. While there Gregory Massey had responded to the scene. Detective Thomas and I then interviewed Mr. Massey at the scene. Detective Thomas recorded the interview. For details of the interview see Detective Thomas' report and refer to audio of the interview.
1918 Hours:
Detective Thomas and I responded to the residence of James Moore on South Forbes Road in Plant City, Florida. We made contact with Mr. Moore and asked if he would respond to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Faulkenburg Road to be interviewed. Mr. Moore agreed.
1940 Hours:
Detective Thomas and I interviewed James Moore at the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Faulkenburg Road in Brandon, Florida. The interview was recorded on DVD. For details of the interview refer to the DVD of the interview and transcripts.

My tour of duty was conducted in assisting with the two (2) search Warrants at 5732 and 5802 Highway 60 in Plant City, Florida.
January 29, 2010
1600 Hours:
Dee Dee Moore responded to the Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Faulkenburg Road in Brandon, Florida. Prior to the interview it was made clear with Ms. Moore her rights according to Miranda. Ms. Moore advised that she understood her rights and wanted to speak to us.
