Detective Clark and I made contact with Mr. Massey at his place of business and interviewed him. During the interview we learned the following: He advised that he first met Mr. Shakespeare in December of 2006, after he (Shakespeare) had won the lottery. He advised that at that time he (Massey) lived across the street from Mr. Shakespeare's uncle. He advised that Mr. Shakespeare was illiterate and was not good with his money. He advised that he assisted Mr. Shakespeare with making loans to people. He advised that Mr. Shakespeare also gave him money. He advised that he felt like it was more of payment for his services than a loan. He advised that in late 2008, Ms. Moore came in to Mr. Shakespeare's life and that he (Massey) was basically fazed out. He advised that there was no animosity between him and Mr. Shakespeare. He advised that the last time that he saw or spoke to Mr. Shakespeare was in the beginning of April 2009, at the "Papi's" Store. He advised that Mr. Shakespeare wanted him to sign a quit claim deed over to him (Shakespeare). He advised that he refused to sign and that Mr. Shakespeare told him that he (Shakespeare) would see him (Massey) in court. He advised that since that time the only contact he has had with Mr. Shakespeare was through text messages. He advised that he received several text messages from the telephone of Mr. Shakespeare. He advised that he does not feel like it was Mr. Shakespeare or anyone with Mr. Shakespeare. He advised that the responses were not things that would come from Mr. Shakespeare. He advised that on 1 occasion, he sent a question to Mr. Shakespeare's cellular telephone that only Mr. Shakespeare would be able to answer. He advised that he never got a response and has not received any text messages since that time.
After completing the interview, Mr. Massey advised that Ms. Moore has been calling him a lot talking about being questioned by the police. Mr. Massey advised that if anyone knew where Mr. Shakesspeare could be located it would be Ms. Moore. Mr. Massey then placed a telephone call to Ms. Moore on speaker phone and allowed us to listen in. During the conversation Ms. Moore advised that she was trying to locate Mr. Shakespeare. Ms. Moore further said that this whole investigation was ridiculous and that Mr. Shakespeare was
