As requested by some members in the media, below is a summation of calls for service relating to Drew Peterson, Stay Peterson, and Kathleen Savio.

Calls for service at 392 Pheasant Chase:

02-17-2002 - Domestic Trouble (Information Report) - Mutual argument between Drew and Kathleen. Drew left the residence. Kathleen's attorney was advised by supervisor.

05-03-2002 - Domestic Trouble (Information Report) - Drew took the vehicle that Kathleen was driving (both were registered owners and still married). Vehicle was returned by Drew at 392 Pheasant Chase.

05-03-2002 - Domestic Battery, Disorderly Conduct (Crime Report) - Drew stated that Kathleen struck him, spit at him, and pushed him in the back. Drew did not want Kathleen arrested.

05-26-2002 - Battery (Crime Report) - Kathleen punched Stacy in the face because she was in the car when Drew was attempting to drop the kids off. Kathleen was arrested. Independent witnesses. Drew kept children. Kathleen charged and record was expunged by court order.

05-26-2002 - Domestic Trouble (Information Report) - Kathleen complaining that she had sole custody of children. No such specification in court order. Drew kept children.

06-25-2002 - Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Drew claiming that Kathleen would not turn over kids. Logged and referred to his civil attorney.

07-05-2002 - Criminal Trespass, Unlawful Restraint, Domestic Battery (Crime Report) - Kathleen claimed Drew broke into the house, and held her against her will. This was

reported two weeks after the date of occurrence on 7-18-2002. Kathleen did not wish to file a complaint but report was forwarded to state's attorney for review.

07-11-2002 - Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Kathleen claiming Drew was violating a court order. Logged for documentation.

12-05-2002 - Well Being Check, Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Kathy claiming Drew is outside pounding on door. Kathleen states the kids are sick and she will not give them to Drew. Logged for documentation, referred to their attorneys.

12-05-2002 - Alleged Violation of Order of Protection, Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Drew upset he was not getting kids. No Order of Protection had been issued by the court. Logged for documentation.

12-20-2002 - Notification (Shift Log) - Kathleen called advising she sent Stacy a certified letter advising that she will be arrested for trespass for future violations. Logged for documentation.

01-02-2003 - Notification (Shift Log) - Kathleen called stating that the kids had a late doctor's appointment and that she would not make the scheduled drop off time to Drew. Logged for documentation.

02-18-2003 - Citizen Assist (Shift Log) - Drew wanted to pick up kids. Kathleen stated they were sick and she was not turning them over. Logged for documentation.

06-02-2003 - Residential Burglary (Crime Report) - Kathleen believes someone entered the rear sliding glass door and took her diamond wedding ring and a pair of diamond earrings out of her bedroom and a camera out of the kitchen. Drew denies any involvement. No witnesses or evidence.

09-04-2003 - Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Kathleen claims Drew did not drop the kids off on time. Logged for documentation.

09-09-2003 - Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Kathleen upset that Drew is 10 minutes late in dropping off the children. Logged for documentation.

09-09-2003 - Disorderly Conduct (Crime Report)- Kathleen claims Stacy called her several derogatory names while Drew was dropping off the children. Referred to the state's attorney's office for complaints.

11-11-2003 - Visitation Interference (Shift Log) - Kathleen claiming Drew has children too long. Logged for documentation.

Below are the calls for service at 6 Pheasant Chase Ct.

04-28-2003 - Domestic Battery (Crime Report) - Kathleen showed up at Drew's residence and starting removing items from Drew's truck. Drew came outside and Kathleen started hitting him in the back. Drew filed a report but never followed up with state's attorney for charges.

There were 18 calls for service at 392 Pheasant Chase.

There was 1 related call for service at 6 Pheasant Chase Court.

There were 15 calls for service involving Drew and Kathleen.

There were 3 calls for service involving Kathleen and Stacy.

There was 1 call for service involving Kathleen only.

In the future, please verify information through the Bolingbrook Police Department, Illinois State Police, or the State's Attorney of Will County.
