- | ILL | 07/18/2002 Bolingbrook Police Incident Report filed by Kathleen Savio
of July 5, 2002 "Criminal Trespassing," "Unlawful Restraint" "Domestic Battery" filed against Drew Peterson (Transcribed by www.acandyrose.com) "Kathleen advised that she again told him to go, he said that he would go when he wanted and then he looked out the window. He thew one of her garage door openers down and he left the residence. She then called her attorney Harris Smith, her friend Steve Maniaci, her sister Susie Lizak and her neighbor Mary Ponterilli. She advised that her attorney advised her to file a report but she was afraid to file because she believed Drew was unstable and had warned her that if she called anyone he would deny it. During the time of the incident Kathleen advised that three times the telephone rang but Drew would not allow her to answer it. Those calls she later learned were from her sister Susan Lizak, the next door neighbor child, 12-year-old Nicki and her friend Steve Maniaci." "Kathleen also mentioned a previously unreported incident where Drew cut a hole in the drywall in the garage to gain entry into the family room. Also, a time where he was living in the basement and while she was gone cut a hole in her bedroom door to gain entry and removed jewelry and money. I observed the drywall and door. She advised that Drew later gave her back the pair of earrings when he came to the house with another unidentified police officer to have her sign a legal document, at which time he returned the earrings to her. She advised that she did not file police reports on either of these incidents but did advise her attorney. She also mentioned that she had given Drew's tuxedo to her neighbor, Tom, to hold for her and that Drew had threatened Tom with a search warrant if he did not return his tuxedo, at which time Tom gave Drew the tuxedo back." "Later this date I spoke with Mary A. Pontarelli (BLACKED OUT AREA) She advised the following summary. (BLACKED OUT AREA)" |

Carcerano said the locksmith and Drew were at Kathleen's house when he got there. | ILL | STEVE CARCERANO, DREW PETERSON'S NEIGHBOR: "That night I, was coming home from work. It was about 9:00, 9:30, and I was coming down the street. And Drew was accosting (ph) me on the street. He actually stopped me and said, I need you to go to the house in the next 10 to 15 minutes. I have a locksmith coming over there. Mary, her friend, he contacted to go over there. He said he he`d been trying to drop off the kids for the past day-and- a-half and she hasn`t been responding. So I pulled up in the driveway, and I went next door to get Mary, and then we proceeded over to the house. And the locksmith and Drew were there. The locksmith opened up the door. Mary and I went up the stairs. Drew stayed downstairs by the door. And Mary`s husband and son went into the (INAUDIBLE) to see if the car was there. We went up the stairs and went into the bedroom. Mary veered off to the right and went to the bed because the covers were kind of puffed up, ruffled over, and I went into the closet ..." - "And then I went into the bathroom, and that`s when I noticed a balloon-type object in the tub" |

STEVE C. DID NOT FIND THE BODY OF KATHLEEN... he in no way was the first person in, i cannot say who it was, but trust me, he knows he is lying and nobody has stepped up to prove it and shut him up. here's why he's lying to help DP. steve used to have a problem, and he probably still has this problem... it's called gambling. a couple years back steve was in a huge bind and almost lost everything he owned... guess which infamous former police sergeant helped steve get rid of his problems and guess who steve is now helping to get rid of their problems??. i hope they both enjoy living in hell..." |

Carcerano says Drew and locksmith were at house when he went and got Mary So who is the locksmith? |
ILL | STEVE CARCERANO, DREW PETERSON'S NEIGHBOR: "He saw me in the street. I was coming home from work that evening. And he asked me to go to the house in the next 15 minutes because he had a locksmith coming over there. He was trying to drop off the kids for the past day-and-a-half. And he already contacted Mary, which was her best friend, to go over there. So I pulled up in my driveway. I went and got Mary, and me and Mary walked over to the house, and Drew and the locksmith were at the front of the house. And when the locksmith unlocked the door, Mary and I walked up the stairs, and that`s when we went into the bedroom. She went to the right by the bed, I went in the closet, and then I went into the bathroom. And that`s when I walked to the back of the bathroom and noticed -- again, I`m going to say a balloon-type object or an exercise ball. And when I looked down, it was Kathy." |

Carcerano said her skin was bluish purple color, hair over face and wet | ILL | STEVE CARCERANO, DREW PETERSON'S NEIGHBOR: "I see that her skin discoloring. It was like a bluish purple color. Her hair was, you know, drawn over her face and it was wet. And you know, out of, you know, respect, you know, right away, I yelled for Mary. Mary came in the bathroom, and then when she started yelling after seeing her, that`s when Drew came flying up the stairs. But out of respect, because, you know, Kathy is a woman and that`s Drew`s, you know... ex-wife at the time, and Mary, you know, it`s not something I wanted to stare at for a long period of time." |
