MAIN ISSUE:

An active investigation is being conducted by the Polk County Sheriff's Office and Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office into the disappearance of Abraham Shakespeare. Mr. Shar Kasniqi is an acquaintance of Mr. Shakespeare, and has cooperated with the law enforcement investigation, to include being interviewed by detectives. Mr. Kasniqi denied any involvement in the disappearance of Mr. Shakespeare and agreed to take a polygraph test to prove his innocent.

PRE-TEST INTERVIEW:

On 01/26/10 at approximately 1900 hours, Mr. Krasniqi signed a Polygraph Examination Consent Form and Miranda Rights Form acknowledging that he was taking the polygraph test freely and voluntarily.

Mr. Krasniqi stated that he met Mr. Shakespeare in 2008 through his girlfriend (whom he currently resides with), Dee Dee Moore, and has only been around Mr. Shakespeare three or four times; the last time being February or March 2009. He stated Dee Dee was always helping people and when she met Mr. Shakespeare, she started helping him financially and with home repairs. He found it odd that a lottery millionaire needed Dee Dee's assistance, but that was her nature and he kept his comments to himself most of the time. He further stated that he was not involved in the relationship between Dee Dee and Mr. Shakespeare, whether it was friendship or business related, and that Dee Dee spent a lot of time with Mr. Shakespeare, in person and on the telephone. He stated that he felt bad for Dee Dee after Mr. Shakespeare disappeared because she would worry and cry and often told him she was going out to look for him. Mr. Krasniqi stated he has been in a relationship with Dee Dee for three years and now he doesn't feel like he knows her all at since the onset of this investigation. Mr. Krasniqi stated he had no involvement with the disappearance of Mr. Shakespeare, but does have information regarding several incidents that was told to him by Dee Dee. He stated he has shared this information with the detectives investigating the case
