"Greta with Bruce: Timeline of Sunday according to Bruce. - "Sunday morning [10/28/2007] around 10 AM, he [Bruce Zidarich] shared back and forth text messages with Stacey. She then called him at 10:15. She said that she had been just lounging in bed for a couple of hours, and that she AND HER KIDS were going to go to the house to paint today. Bruce was supposed to wait to hear from Stacey's sister Cassandra, and then call Stacey after Cassandra got in touch with them. Then they were all to meet over there to paint. However, Cassandra had decided to go to her mother's house that day, and didn't call Bruce. At 4PM Bruce sent Stacey a text message saying "Lets paint tomorrow". He received no reply. Greta asked him when he began to worry about Stacey. Bruce said that Cassandra called him around 7 PM and said she had not been able to reach Stacey all day. He relayed that he had not heard from her since 10 or so that morning, and that he didn't get a reply to the 4 PM text message he had sent her."

(RECAP BY SNICKER): Summary of TM's account of that night's events.
MARK FUHRMAN (MF): On Sunday October 28 at 7:37pm two men entered a Krispy Kreme store, did not purchase anything, sat at a table till 9:21 and then left. MF said he went to two other coffee shops (Starbucks and Caribou) and they would not confirm whether ISP had been there. The manager of Krispy Kreme said ISP came there and asked for the names of the employees who would have worked that night during the period DP and TM might have been there. MF asked for the surveillance videos--manager and MF reviewed them and saw two white males who came in at 7:37pm. The quality of the video was grainy, but it could possibly be cleaned up. They bought no donuts and left at 9:21pm. One of the men left for a while but the video is of poor quality and shows "blocks of time" so it's difficult to tell exactly when one of the men left and returned, but for a period only one man sat at the table, then the other returned and they left together. MF reported it to ISP and suggested that KK preserve the video so it will be available for ISP.

After awhile, the phone rang, and the name "Stacy" appeared on the caller ID, Morphey said. "I believe he set my brother up with that phone call," John Morphey said."

"Major warm-up for Chicago early this week A strong southwest flow will establish itself over Illinois today and persist through Tuesday into Wednesday. Chicago's high temperatures today may end up some 10 degrees higher than the mid 50s experienced Sunday. On Tuesday, the warming will continue with unseasonable 70-degree readings forecast. On Halloween, some cloudiness may precede and accompany a cold front that is not expected to pass through Chicago until later in the afternoon. A much cooler air mass should then be in place the remainder of the week. Meanwhile, Tropical Storm Noel formed just south of Hispaniola, and Sunday night the National Hurricane Center in Miami forecasted a slow-moving northward track which left Haiti, the Dominican Republic, southeast Cuba and Jamaica bracing for a foot or more of rain, extensive flooding and mudslides. At the inquest hearing, Will County Coroner Patrick O'Neil said Savio drowned. MIMS: That's correct.
GRETA: And then on Wednesday [10/31] that's when I showed up and that's when I first met you.
MIMS: Right we were both sitting there when you were interviewing Drew.
GRETA: Actually when I was interviewing Drew you heard him or maybe you didn't hear him tell me that when she left that she took money and a bikini?
MIMS: Yes, correct.
GRETA: Have you ever heard him telling that to anyone before?
MIMS: No, what he told me was that Stacy has found somebody else she wants to be with and she's taken off with him, she's took a large amount of money from the house that was cash and told him she was going on vacation for a while and to pick up the car at Clow Airport.
GRETA: But you never heard the bikini thing?
MIMS: I heard him when he told you the bikini thing but he never told me that.

He said anybody home and I said yeah my boyfriends home and he said Kitty's dead. - ANNA: I dropped the phone. I was so upset and then I picked it up and I was crying and he said she drowned in the bathtub. I had no idea what happened. I called my other siblings and got in a car and went over. - GRETA: According to the death certificate which we have here it says it was an accident. Do you believe that? - ANNA: No. How does a healthy forty year old woman with no drugs in her system, no alcohol, pass out in the bathtub which is a little oval corner bathtub, a whirlpool tub, the bottoms not even big enough to stretch your legs out? And she's taller than me, I'm 5' 3" and she was about 5'5", 5'6". How did she scrunch down under the water? - GRETA: What did they say to you when you ask that? - ANNA: Well, she had to drown because she had water in her nasal cavity but they said she did, was trying to breath because of the way her lungs were, where the air was, I don't really understand that but they said she was trying to breath. I'm wondering if somebody gave her something and she passed out or I can't see how she stayed under the water. The tub is too small.
